I Remember

I Remember that moon lit night....
I stood gazing at the sky.
Hoping to see a thousand stars,
To wish a thousands of wishes.

I waited and waited ,
Not a single star fell,
To let me realise,
My wishes are not to be fulfilled.

I returned to bed .
Engrossed in deep thoughts
Closed my eyes only to realise...
"THERE WOULDN'T B A HEAVEN FULL OF STARS..
IF WE R ALL MEANT TO WISH ON D ONE TAT FELL"
